Install simultaneously to avoid circular dependencies, eg
rpm -Uvh libGConf1-1.0.7-2mdk.i586.rpm GConf-1.0.7-2mdk.i586.rpm
but it also appears you need newer versions, at least for GConf,
recent are (note that the version numbers match)
libGConf1-1.0.7-2mdk
GConf-1.0.7-2mdk
