Well, what I am actually after is a single floppy with a slim FB kernel (ip, and video mode hard coded) nano-X, and rwin. I am a complete win2k/XP enviro, so I don't have NFS. This is a temp solution till I figure out how to make the floppy! I forgot about about tmp...If I mount my root as RO, I cant start X, and run rdesktop could I? jlc
