All you need (w/s) is 16MB ram, pci slots, pci graphic card, ethernet with boot rom or PXE capabability in BIOS. Switch e.g. linksys 10/100, 10/100 ethernet cards. (linksys do one with a gigabyte switch, put their gigabyte ethernet card in the server). No H/D, no CD-ROM, no floppy. Backup server only. Simple but sweet...
