Where did you install Mandrake again? If you slapped it on the partition
formerly known as D:, it's probably been re(logically)-partitioned and
formatted as ext2, which Windows won't read. There's another thread going on
about mounting a Linux partition under Windows and the recommended solution
seems to be Explore2fs:

That doesn't seem to give you write access, however. If you really must have
access to everything from within Windows, consider running it within a VMWare
session and connecting to the loopback via PuTTY.
