Last week, I was all set up on running backups with executable files,
based on the clear and thorough instructions provided by Chris Keelan:

I had this set up and working well. But as luck would have it, my hard
drive crashed the other day, and I lost this setup. I have tried to
recreate it, but none of .bashrc files that I presently have on my
system have a path statement contained in them.

Should I write a Path statement into one of these? If so, which one?

Regards,

Chuck
