I thought I had seen a recent post on this subject, but I couldn't find it in the archives. I recently purchased a copy of Hancom's Office 2.0 Standard edition. It runs on the KDE desktop, and I wanted to check it out. It installed without a problem, making the necessary entries in the KDE Menu. I was going to use it again last night, but the menu entries were gone. The shell scripts are still there where they should be (I was able to recreate a link and get back up and running), but there was no trace of the originals in the .kde files under the user home directory.
Any one have any ideas as to what may have happened to these entries? One note, KDE seems to think they are still around. When I open the new link, the box opens with a <2> in the upper righthand corner, but their is only one actually open. Barry
