Ma belle FemmeFatale, I don't know anything about "E", sorry. However in other window-managers like Enlightenment, Blackbox, IceWM it's merely a matter of editing the ****rc-files. Personally I'm very fond of XFce which is fast and reliable. Here it's piece of cake to add an entry, i.e. Star Office to the menu : just right-click the up-arrows and add an entry + its command (here : Star Office / command : /home/(user)/office52/soffice).
