[newbie] where are lisarc and rlisarc?

OK - I give up! According to the docs I have read, these may be hidden files (thanks to Femme for that :-)) and should be in home/.kde/share/config but I'm blowed if I can find them. Does this mean that I can therefore simply create my own, or are they likely to be lurking somewhere else? Heather
