Not surprising. Transgaming have only managed to get MaxPayne working in tutorial mode as yet, and have not yet released the version that can do even that much. Their announcement was simply to highlight that Winex is 'almost' capable of running DirectX8 games. Personally I find the Transgaming Winex good for Counterstrike/Day of Defeat and not much else as yet. You will find for some Windows applications Codeweavers wine works better while for others Transgaming is best. You can have them both installed at the same time if you wish. derek
