Hi, I don't know if it will solve your problem, but it is worth to try. Take a look at the README file provided by Nvidia's tarball. If I remember correctly, you have to pass an argument, like "make SYSINCLUDE=/path-to-your-kernel-sources-include-directory, when you compile the driver for a different kernel. Before doing it, you have to install kernel-sources and kernel-headers. You can also get the source rpms from Nvidia's website, they worked fine for me. Hope it helps you, regards,
