Matt, I assume you are dual booting, so the easiest way is to download to a fat32 partition the RPM's. Now boot linux, and find /mnt/windows or whatever the fat32 partition is mounted as. From there (as root) you can:
rpm -Uvh rpm-file-name for updates. Don't do that for a new kernel though!
