Hi all,
I noticed that I have some header files missing for
XFree86. I searched and the software manager tells me that CD 1 (x86) has the
required files.
I click on install. I am prompted for CD1. The disk
is ejected and it prompts again for CD1. I tried all the disks in case the
header files are not on CD1.
Questions: Has this happen to anyone else? Why does
it reject/eject the CD? How do I locate the files on the CD to install
manually? If the files are not present on the CD, what do I do?
(example of file searching for: Intrinsic.h which
should be located in
usr/include/X11 :the
directory X11 was not created)
I appreciate some help,
Thanks
