Hey everyone, I'm having some trouble trying to play line-in audio (my CD player is plugged into the line-in jack). It works fine in XP, so I'm guessing it is a driver problem and not a hardware thing.
I have a Sound Blaster Live! Value, I'm currently using the ALSA v0.9.0 drivers, and the 2.4.10 kernel. I can play audio files just fine, so it is at least talking to the card. I haven't figured out how, or found a way, to play the line-in audio back out through the speaker jack. I've read about programs that record from the line-in, do I need to somehow connect that to output?
