There's no reason you can't put the mount commands in a script.  You
could put the commands at the end of your /etc/rc.d/rc.local file, which
I believe is run at every boot (after all the other init scripts).  You
may be able to even create a separate rc.something file in this
directory, just to keep things organized, but I don't know for sure.
