I'd gather you've got an IRQ conflict judging by the bit about the IRQs
found & what its trying to share.  Its trying to share a serial IRQ (com
1) & Com 2 (another serial IRQ).  Do you have anything on those serial
ports?

Other than that I am kinda wondering myself whats wrong.
