[newbie] VPN Connection

Hello,      I would like to set up a VPN so I can connect to my computer from work.  This is what I have .  I have a laptop with windows XP that I take to work.  I need to be able to connect Via VPN so I can get some files from my Linux mandrake 8.0 server at home.  I do not how to set up a VPN to allow windows users to connect.  any help thanks Bill Nash.     Bill Nash
