My question is, will the Lilo boot loader >recognise windows98 when I will install it in the futur. > hm.. to tell you the truth, you should have intalled windoze first. when you install windows now, it will overwrite the LILO entry in your MBR, so your computer will boot straight into windows, no questions asked. so, make a linux bootdisk now. install windoze, and then, to get back into linux, you will have to use the bootdisk and restore lilo by logging in as root and executing /sbin/lilo at a command-line terminal. don't worry, windows will be recognized OK.
