Yes. Go to the postfix site, and check the following
variables:

* myhostname (the name of your box, e.g. tuan.wacky.com)
* mydomain  (the name of your domain, e.g. wacky.com)
* myorigin (which is normally set to $mydomain)
* mydestination (which is a bunch of names to which 
  Postfix will respond)

That's correct. Postfix does not include a POP daemon.
