Lots of people can try to help you, but we need more information. What hardware do you have? video card, monitor, motherboard etc
What do you mean by 'freezing? How do you know it's a video card problem? What are you doing when it happens? If you are getting random system freezes my first instinct would be a memory problem. You are not overclocking or using 'aggressive' memory settings are you? Do not be afraid to give too much info.
