Dear All & Civileme, Thank you for your thoughts and suggestions. I have come to the conclusion that if I want 512 mb's of ram then I either must upgrade my motherboard and cpu or get a new computer. I am thinking very hard about purchasing the Jetway 830CF Socket A ATX Motherboard w/Duron 1Ghz, CPU that is going for $129.95 from www.softwareandstuff.com. Does anyone know if this kit is complete with needed cooling fans, etc? It has video onboard and sound which Civileme says works with Linux. Will this go well with the rest of my system or will I be forced to upgrade other hardware because of this upgrade? Any help here will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
