I'm looking at buying a copy of 10.2 from my local Linux CD shop (www.linuxit.com.au). They have the option to purchase a driver cd with it. I'm interested in it for a couple of reasons:
1) I was never successful in getting my video card drivers loaded for 10.1 (did it OK will all previous versions though) and...
2) I have splurged on new wireless networking gear with the atheros chipset. 10.1 recognises it but I need to do alot more work to get it going.
I'm hoping that a new install of 10.2, with this driver disk aswell will help me solve these problems with a minimum of fuss. The CD shop has kindly emailed me a list of the CD's contents, which I have included below.
Can someone offer any advice (ie is the CD worth purchasing?) -Aidan
Depends, are you a club member, then they are on the club site if i am not mistaken. You can download them individually.
