The 4 CD set is legal, I think, although it undermines Mandriva's efforts to give extra value to club members in return for their cash. The 6 CD set, I'm pretty sure, is not legal, because it will contain the third party drivers and commercial apps for which Mandrake have to pay licenses. Again, club members get this because part of their membership pays for the licenses. Just my �0.02, of course.
