Maryse; Please ignore Joe as much as you'd like. Most of us do. Ever since he was deemed a child with 'special' needs, he has been unable to function very well in crowds.
Instead, he is insulting and argumentative by nature, and has gone so far as to refine it to a science, even though he is acutely aware that there is an Off-Topic list where he can chase windmills and shout at the top of his lungs.
Please don't assume that he represents most Canadians. We've just gotten used to his rude behaviour and have chosen to ignore him, until his next round of prescriptions arrive.
The good news is that he'll eventually wind down and we won't have to listen to him for a few days, or at least until the drugs wear off again!
