I don't have a menu item of that name. I do however have System -> Configuration -> Hardware -> CD Properties. This brings up the gnome-cd-properties discussed earlier. Don't know how I missed that (Doh!) Funny thing is, when I brought up this dialog, all the settings that I had previously unchecked were checked again.
