anything, you can always check out the support channel in IRC on the freenode.net servers (#mandriva) - at least ONE of us is there (namely, me) - not too many other folks from the mailing list frequent IRC anyways...(grin)
As a newbie I am to be seen there somtimes :-) Not that I could offer support of course ... <grin>
