There is probably a GUI way to di it, but what I would probably do is
edit /etc/urpmi/urpmi.cfg and change the mount point for the removable
media from //mnt/cdrom/media/ to //mnt/cdrom2/media/ so it used the
mount point for the new drive.

I did in fact use the GUI way (System > Configuration > Packaging > Software Media Manager -- don't know the actual name), and it seems to be working. I checked the urpmi.cfg, and it had made the changes you suggested. Thanks!
