hi all, I was running two hard drives, one MDK 2005LE and the other with Windows on. I was using lilo to boot into either. I changed the windows hard drive for another upon which I loaded another MDK2005LE. When I tried to boot it fell down on having a record in fstab of the windows swap partition which it could no longer find. I have tried reloading the lilo using mcc but that doesn't help. I am now in the position where I have one hard drive loaded with MDK2005LE which according to system commander is active bootable, but all I get is a load of 99 99 99 99 99 and nothig when I try and boot. I think I need to edit fstab and get rid of everything that shouldnt be there but I have no idea how to go about it. I am writing this mail on Knoppix. I have tried to edit fstab using Knoppix but I am hitting permission problems and can't find fstab-sync.
