I just ran rkhunter and got the same results as you did.  Some time
back we found a simaler problem with chkrootkit reporting that it had
found a known rootkit when in fact it was a file that was suposed to be
there but just not exactly the same contents as what the program
expected.  Seems like these programs are getting a little strange
lately.
