It looks as though the 'update packages' option during install may be pointing 
at a cooker site.  I have kde 3.4 installed, and other packages that are 
apparently cooker packages.  My problem has been said to be a cooker bug.

So - if you do an upgrade  or install, *don't* update from the install routine 
- get your sources set up from easyurpmi.zarb.org before you update.
