Sorry, folks... Guess I should have done more
experimenting before posting. It turns out the
package still was not accessible even after a
urpmi.update -a. However, I went to the graphical
urpmi - "Install Software" - and installed the skins
package. At that point it asked to install the
xine-ui package as a dependency. I probably could
have even directly installed the xine-ui package if I
did this thru the graphical installer. I still find
it strange, however, that the package was not
available thru the CLI urpmi...
