No :-( Some good points in there. My bad.

Of course, MS has never worried about bad publicity, always pointing the finger
at someone else. However, I think the main thrust of the article, that no matter
what kind of idiotic software patent scheme gets put into place, the resistance
will always be stronger, is valid (if not well-informed). Like the hapless
lumbering military goliath against guerilla fighters, MS and their ilk will
always be at a disadvantage.
