I'm sure I answered this a couple of hours ago but nothing appears in
my sent box or amongst my list mails so here we go again.

The 'kdenetwork-kppp-provider' rpm should be on your disc's. I found on
the two times i had to install 10.2 that this rpm would not install and
had to add following installation and setup had been finished.
