Well, at least the access part anyway.  I can suddenly download and have done 
that.  Though now I seem to have other things happening but that can be 
covered under a different post and plea for help should I need it.

Thanks to Carroll and Anne for your help.  I don't know if anything you guys 
did assisted there or perhaps it was just the act of suggesting that got 
through to whatever minor dieties control these things,.
