If I'm understanding you correctly, Gcombust will let you load up the *.WAVs 
that you want to record, then will let you move them around and thats the 
order they are recorded to audio CD.

I just use the normalize package here to set the volume the same on all the 
WAVs that I'm going to record , after ripping them with XMMS diskwriter (from 
MP3 or OGG).
