In the WEB browser of your choice, enter:

127.0.0.1:631

127.0.0.1 is the local host IP address.
631 indicates the port to open (CUPS listens on port 631).
':' (colon) separates the IP address and the port number.
The accepted form is: <IP address>:<port number>
