Thank you very much for your e-mail.
I chose GNOME Desktop, so that I had to find another solution for it,
but since you kindly hinted me that there is a way that could be solved in KDE 
desktop.

In GNOME desktop, it can be solved as follows as I confirmed here:

>From the Upper Panel of Desktop, you should choose
Applications > System > Configration > Configure Your Computer
> system services > [numlock] and then unckeck "On boot".

This will be a default setting after "Rebooting" the system.
