urpmi rlogin returns "no package named rlogin"
I have installed rsh from the Control Center software management and I can
log into other computers from this machine, but other computers can not log
into it.
Is there any security settings that I have to change? (the firewall is
turned off)

Open a terminal and su to root. Once that's done, type:
urpmi rlogin => follow whateve it says for dependencies. You're done with
that
bit. Now setup the user's accounts/passwords. You're now done with that
bit.
Get a user to login. Ha! You're now done with that bit. Easy peasy.
