On my system, the nameserver has the IP address(es) of the DNS server. Here 
these are provided by my ISP. If you run your own DNS server, the nameserver 
should have the IP address of that server. Unless your router provides DNS 
services for your LAN, that is the wrong IP and would explain why the browser 
is always 'looking up ...'.
