It is a great honour, Mr. Kuhn, to be allowed to call you Mr. Kuhn. ;) Reminds me of the story about Cardinal Basil Hulme, who use to be the head of the Roman Catholic Church in this country. Wanting to show due respect, someone asked him if the correct thing to do was to call him 'Your Eminence'. His reply, "You can call me what you like as long as it isn't 'Hey, you'".
