It needs a dependency. Do not download RPMs. The smart way to install software is to define online 'urpmi repositories'. The packages and all their dependencies will be automatically downloaded and installed when you need them. streamtuner is in the 'contrib' online respository. Contrib contains 100's of apps not on your CDs. Go here http://easyurpmi.zarb.org/ and follow the instructions to add a repository for contrib and then just enter 'streamtuner' in the search box of your software install GUI and you can install it and its plugins. Any required dependencies will be automatically installed.
