No personal experience, but both Quickbooks Pro and Act 6 and Act 2000 are
listed as working on the codeweavers compatibility site by users, though
neither are officially supported.

Not sure if anyone is aware but your banking site may allow you to
export your statement to your own computer and this is usually in csv
format ~ guess what can handle that ~ OpenOffice.org ~ though I've yet
to check if gnucash can do this also ?
