Easier from a term to cd into that particular dir =>
(example)
/home/yankdownunder/.thunderbird/y6mq40ha.default
Once in there, you can type "du -sch" which will give you the ACTUAL size in
human readable form:
[EMAIL PROTECTED] y6mq40ha.default]$ du -sch
3.1M .
3.1M total
du -sch
366M .
366M total
just look at what's in
my Mail/Local Folders/ and you can see what they're called...
So simply backing up Mail/Local Folders/ would do the backup, and then I
can overwrite the new installation to restore the accumulated emails.
Thanks, Stephen
