Open up control centre & choose 'select where software packages are downladed from when updating the system". Click on "CD3", and then "edit". It should read: URL: removable://mnt/cdrom/media/main3 Relative path to hdlist: ../../media/media_info/hdlist3.cz (the second line may end with /synthesis.hdlist3.cz ) If it says anything else, change it. Do the same for the other CDs. (hdlist tells urmpi what files are at that source. It contains all the information you see onscreen when you attempt to install a package using urpmi. A smaller version - synthesis.hdlist - contains only basic information. Either can be used). See http://mandriva.vmlinuz.ca/bin/view/Main/UsingUrpmi for more information. -- "Victory means exit strategy, and it's important for the President to explain to us what the exit strategy is." --Texas Governor George W.
