I've been thinking of upgrading my server and have noticed there's not a HUGE difference between 32bit cpu&mobo and 64bit so I may as well go 64bit and run 64bit Mandrivalinux.
Do you have any suggestions for the below?

I want to keep the cost down so that's the best I've found in a bricks and mortar shop on the Gold Coast Queensland Australia.
This is just to run my server on and share out drives/folders plus run the pci PCTV card I already have and show XviD and other movies.
