Yesterday there were about a dozen of these events, apparently randomly distributed through the day. In syslog, each starts with a line Bad page state at prep_new_page (in process <process>, page <page>) followed by some debugging (?) information, and then ends with the line about rebooting required. Most of the events referred to different processes, but there were some duplications. Any thoughts? Paul
