I'm pretty sure that I had that situation when I first installed, but I
dropped a level. Behind a firewall I feel quite secure enough.
Besides, I don't serve web pages or anything like that, so level 2 is
probably all I need. Take a few deep breaths, a quick drink of your
favourite poison, and change that security level. If you need any part
of it hardening up you can do that later, using the wizard in MCC.

Whilst I have the old HDD in I'm getting all my u/n and passwords onto
the PDA (Psion 5) and I'll look back into the machines next week (Nights
next week) ;)
