Talking about good HP printers, I remember having a Deskjet 880C which
worked 4ever. Since I don't really know about printers what would be
your suggestions maybe considering: HP, Epson, Canon and Lexmark?
You may want to consider spending a little more and getting a laser
printer. The speed and cost/page tend to be better then inkjets, and you
don't have to let the pages dry. If you can use a networked laser
printer for all three users for their black and white printing, it is
even better. It depends on how much printing you are doing.
