I checked, software is 15days and memory, well, you have to contact the 
company, Centon, to get replacements. Since I had it down for the 
replacement decided to check all the memory I had around, I have two bad 
Centon 256mb chips and one Centon 128mb chip. The Centon 512mb and a 
Kingston 128 tested out fine. Have to contact Centon now and see what 
happens.
