Just a suggestion, Ron. I think kgpg only exports the key to the default keyserver, so what I did was change the default, then export my key. Do this several times so that different keyservers are addressed. You may find that some do not respond. As I said before, when I was doing it it took me a couple of days before I could get sufficient responses.
