Thanks Albert, think I found the problem.  In the Kmail setup, I had been 
using 'any' or OpenPGP/MIME which resulted in a 'bad' key on this list and 
on a few other lists my messages were bouncing back because the signature 
was considered an attachment.  By changing the setting to 'Inline OpenPGP' 
it appears as good now and the other lists are not bouncing.  Although, 
Inline OpenPGP in noted as (deprecated) so this may only be a quick fix.  I 
think the problem lies in the fact that there is something wrong with the 
way attachments are handled by the list software. But, not knowing anything 
about the software I can't say for sure.
